I have studied abroad for my Bachelors degree and it was and is extremely expensive. Your living expenses are INR 10 lakhs per year and the tuition fee is minimum INR 10 lakhs per year. If you want to study HSC Year 12, you would have repeat 2-3 years. Hence I strongly recommend that you finish your Bachelors degree here in India with good percentage or grades. Then you may go abroad. Hope this helps. Thanks!

see all depends on the reputation of college if you opt a branch other than core branches. for aeronautical and CS you must seek a good college and if you are not getting it then you must go for other branches of engineering.

Aeronautical Engineering overlaps 80% with Mechanical engineering. Mechanical Engineering graduates can easily get jobs in Aeronautical companies. Why do not you try joining Indian Air Force in Aeronautical Engineering ( Mechanical) technical branch as a Commissioned officer.

It is a niche engineering with limited scope in comparison to core engineering branches. If you can get licence on latest version of civilian aircraft then you gave good career scope.

it mainly depends upon your interest, if you find a true interest in aircraft maintenance engineering then don't think about other branches and don't compare them.I am sure that your interest in aircraft maintenance engineering will make it very simple for you.

if you google it, you will find a very reliable answer, however according to one website:
An aircraft maintenance engineer keeps aircraft in working order through maintenance, repairs and inspections. The Federal Aviation Administration, or FAA, regulates mechanical work on aircraft, and individuals entering this field must meet specific training and certification requirements. Aircraft maintenance engineers must be prepared to carefully follow FAA regulations and work long hours on emergency repairs.
