If you are interested to join Appa Institute of Engineering and Technology, Kalaburagi, the tuition fee is around INR 55000 which is INR 45000 as tution fee and the other INR 10000 is for building maintenance charges but that's the fee for govt. students. However, the management quota fee for Appa Institute of Engineering and Technology, Kalaburagi is around INR 1.25 Lakh per year. To get admission to that college, candidates must have passed 12th or it's equivalent with 45% aggregate of marks.

With the rank 70K, you will not get agriculture college through KCET admission. If you want to get in B.Sc. Agriculture then your marks for Physics Chemistry and Biology are considered. So if you want to get into top colleges then you should have a rank below 2000.

Hello Siraj Mohammad, fees for students joining the second year of the four-degree course in engineering or those joining the second year after passing the first year are exactly the same. However, fees differ from college to college. If you had mentioned the name of the institute where you want to take admission, could have helped you better. But now can only advise you to download the brochure of your intended college to know the details. Best wishes to you.
