The University of Applied Sciences offers courses which are heavily practice-oriented, application-focused and industry-integrated. The reason is its practical style of teaching. It helps students to tackle the actual workplace issues.
But traditional universities like TUM and LMU prioritize theoretical research and academic pathways.

No, the TH Bingen courses are not all entirely in English. There are only three programs which are taught in English (MSc Computer Science, MSc Environmental Sustainability and the Agricultural Sciences).
And all the other courses and almost all the UG programs are taught in English.
Indian students would require a B2 in German by obtaining some certifications.
