The Calcutta University highest package or the salary details for 2024 drive are yet to be released. However, the median package for the 2023 drive is disclosed in the NIRF report 2024. The highest median package offered during 2023 placements was INR 10 LPA, made to PG (2-year) and BTech students. The course fee for MBA ranges from INR 16,510 - INR 5.9 lakh. This fee is taken from unofficial sources and hence, is indicative. Students are requested to visit the official website to get more details on the same. Further, the CAT exam fee is INR 2,300 for the General category students and INR 1,150 for Reserved category candidates. The application fee can be paid via credit card/debit card/net banking.

No, for admission to Calcutta University CUET score is not required. The University either accepts its in-house entrance exam or national-level entrance exams such as CAT/MAT/WBJEE/JEE Main, etc.

Yes, Calcutta University has started releasing the course-wise merit list at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The University of Calcutta has released the first, second, third and fourth merit list for admission to the Home Science courses. As per the fourth provisonal merit list the highest cutoff score was 82.8, followed by 82.6. The lowest cutoff score for Calcutta University Food & Nutrition course stood at 72.4 for the General category students. 

Meanwhile, Calcutta University first merit list for MSc (M.A.) / BTech / MSc (Ag.) courses under the Faculty of Science, Technology, Agriculture and Home Science is expected
