Indian students who want to take admission to Cal State LA MBA course must have an Undergraduate GPA of 2.5 or higher. Also, students are required to have 3+ years of work experience in a Managerial or professional role.
Top ranking applicants of Cal State MBA course will be invited to participate in an online interview. IELTS or equivalent test score will also be required.

For California State University, Los Angeles admissions to UG courses, Indian students are required to have passed high school. Minimum 3.0 GPA is required in the academic coursework in the last 3 years of high school. Whereas, Indian students who want to take admission to PG courses of Cal State Uni LA, a GPA of 2.5 is required.

Yes, students can appeal admission decisions at UCLA University. For a decision to be overturned, students need to provide new academic and personal information.
The chances of the decision getting overturned are low, but very much possible. That is, if the admission team sees merit in the new admission application.
Appeals can be made between Apr 1 and Apr 15. It may take a few weeks for the university to share a fresh admission decision.
