For California State University, Los Angeles admissions to UG courses, Indian students are required to have passed high school. Minimum 3.0 GPA is required in the academic coursework in the last 3 years of high school. Whereas, Indian students who want to take admission to PG courses of Cal State Uni LA, a GPA of 2.5 is required.

Yes, students can appeal admission decisions at UCLA University. For a decision to be overturned, students need to provide new academic and personal information.
The chances of the decision getting overturned are low, but very much possible. That is, if the admission team sees merit in the new admission application.
Appeals can be made between Apr 1 and Apr 15. It may take a few weeks for the university to share a fresh admission decision.

- Be truthful but always avoid negative
- Never talk badly about coworkers or ex supervisors
- Use diplomatic language

No, as per the QS rankings for the year 2025, both the CSU campuses are ranked the same. CSU Long Beach has seen a sharp decline from the last year. So, at present none of them rank better, both are ranking at #1401 for last two years.
