Hi Pawan,
It is not mandatory but it would be wise not to shift immediately after you receive the PR or your PR nomination might be withdrawn.

Hi Jaideep,
You can pursue your PGD. Backlogs shouldn't be too much of an worry if you have a good personal statement, letters of reference from your professors and if you meet every admission requirement of the college.
Best of luck

Dear Pranav, You may go to either countries as both are the places for your courses. If you are looking at Los Angeles or New York you would have more options to choose from in USA than in Canada. Both the counytries would be value for money & as Canadian dollar is almost 19 rupees lesser, I am sure would be a little more cost effective than USA.

Dear Shivam, You have to be academically sound in your high school ie. 9th to 12th for the same & apply for Bachelors in the major you want to pursue from Canada an year prior to the intake you wish to apply.
It needs an online application, LOR & essays in some universities along with an IELTS/TOEFL scores. If you may have SAT scores, that also helps.
Regards
NIdhi Sharma

The validity of each degree is determined by the graduate office of the university you are seeking admission. Email the university ( admission coordinator of the chem engg dept.) with your details . They may ask for your syllabus.

Hi Pavan,
Both of these countries are popular among International students for mechanical engineering program.
You can consider following parameters to decide about the country.
cost of study

Location within a country
Hope this helps!
Best wishes,
Anamika
