You can pursue your PGD. Backlogs shouldn't be too much of an worry if you have a good personal statement, letters of reference from your professors and if you meet every admission requirement of the college.

It needs an online application, LOR & essays in some universities along with an IELTS/TOEFL scores. If you may have SAT scores, that also helps.
