Dear Varun,
You can apply to the top universities for computer science namely University of Toronto, McGill University, University of Waterloo, Queens University, University of British Columbia and University of Alberta. However, you must also meet the TOEFL or IELTS requirements of the universities. I will also suggest you to write to studyabroad@shiksha.com for university specific assistance. It is a free of cost service and should be quite helpful to you at this stage.
I hope this helps.

If you are looking at PG Diploma courses, you can apply for wireless telecommunications, wireless networking, etc. These are practical learning oriented courses. For Masters, you can apply for MS electrical engineering and choose a specialisation in telecommunication.

If you are planning to settle down in Canada, you can definitely go ahead. However, applying for additional certifications in finance will help you to get better job opportunities. You can check courses at Thompson Rivers University, Fanshawe College, George Brown College, Seneca College etc.

Hi Lova,
A PG Diploma is usually of one year. It is hard to find a diploma course lasting for two years. Kindly check individual college for more information. Few options would be Humber, Seneca and Fanshawe College. If you have good academic grades, you may aim for York University's graduate certificate in your desired field. Best places to live in Canada are Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal without a doubt.
Best regards.
