Yes, you can get admission to BBA at T.A Pai Management Institute with 60 percentiles, as the minimum eligibility criterion is 60% aggregate marks or equivalent in Class 10 and Class with English as a compulsory subject. However, Applicants must appear for an entrance exam specified by the institute, such as CLAT, JEE Main, MET, IPMAT, SAT India, or JIPMAT.

Thakur Institute of Hotel Management does not specify the minimum aggregate required in Class 12 for admission to UG course i.e. BSc at TIHM. Further for BA institute set 45% aggregate in Class 12. However, candidates need to complete a minimum of Class 12 or equivalent for to apply for Thakur Institute of Hotel Management admission. Aspirants appearing they can submit the relevant supporting documents at the time of admission.

Sorry to say, but if you want to get a seat in any NITs or IITs you at least have to score 75 percent in your board examination. You also have to score around 95 96 percentile to get an NIT if you belong to the general category.

The minimum eligibility criteria for DTU admission is 10+2 (PCM) with at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognised board of education. However, final admission for BTech is based on the score in JEE Main Followed by Joint Admission Counselling (JAC) and for MBA is it based on MAT exam.
