I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about LEET conducted by Delhi University for determining merit list of candidates for admission in second year of four year engineering course. It is mandating minimum of 60% marks for general category candidates. These type of courses are professional courses. You can't get admission via part-time or distance mode. You have to study hard for M.Tech. 70% attendance is mandatory to appear in the exam.

In Delhi NCR, there are many colleges offering lateral entry. But the best colleges are Delhi college of engineering which conducts its own entrance exam. Same on 2nd no. IP University which conduct entrance exams and the colleges that comes under IP university are Maharaja Agrasen, etc.
