You must take the Common University Entrance Test (CUET), administered by the National Testing Agency (NTA) in order to be admitted to Tezpur University for a B.Sc programme CUET results are used by Tezpur University to admit students to its undergraduate programs such as the B.Sc.
How to Apply:

Eligibility for Admission to B. Borooah College Commerce Course
The eligibility criteria under which an applicant shall be eligible to take admission to the B.Com course at B. Borooah College include the following: Completion of 10 + 2 class schooling with any board and getting at least an aggregate of 50% will be required for admission to the B.Com degree course.
In addition to this, a candidate should also have studied Commerce as one of the subjects in 10+2.
Since you mentioned scoring 60 percent in Class 10, this score alone does not make you eligible for admission in B.Com course.

Cotton University- B.Sc Chemistry Admission Eligibility
First and foremost, check the admission eligibility criteria of that university; as to whether you will be considered for B.Sc Chemistry in Cotton University without Mathematics in 12th standard.
The condition generally seems to say that a Chemistry student in any B.Sc Degree would be required to be a student of Science (generally with Mathematics).

The cutoff information about the latest intake for the M.A. in Economics at Gauhati University is not available to the public. Admission in the programme is done by Gauhati University Entrance Test (GUET). Eligibility: Bachelor's degree with Major/ Honours in the concerned subject or general pass course with at least 45% marks in the concerned subject and in aggregate.

You can join Tezpur University's integrated courses by JEE mains and CUET-like entrance exams. The cutoff through jee mains for a sc/st category is 51-52. For an OBC-NCL student, it is 73-74. For a gen EWS student, it is 75-76. The common list is like 90-91 like that. These are not the exactly same as I above mentioned they may have some differences in cutoffs. Same as for cuet entry also.

Comparing the colleges, for a B.Tech degree, AIMST University is relatively better. IIT Guwahati is one of India's top engineering institutions; it does well across various national rankings, including the NIRF rankings.
