Eligibility

To be eligible for admission, you must have passed Class 12 in the Science stream with at least 50% aggregate marks. Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry/Computer Science must be compulsory subjects. 

Entrance exam

If you don't appear for JEE or State Entrance Tests, you must appear for the DBU-GET. 

Lateral entry

If you have a Diploma in Engineering and Technology with at least 50% aggregate marks, you can apply for lateral entry. You can also apply if you have a B.Sc. degree from a recognised university with at least 55% aggregate and 50% in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry individually. 

Students seeking to pursue the PhD admission at Kaziranga University must satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

• A Master's degree with a minimum of 55% marks or is equivalent grade 'B' in the UGC 10-point scale OR a 4-year/8-semester Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 75% marks or equivalent.
