Madras Medical College has a higher cut off, but if you can make it through, it will be the better option. It has been ranked higher and also has lower fees. It is ranked 15th among the top Medical colleges of India for the year 2018, whereas the Bangalore Medical College is ranked 17th.

It's a very good medical college in private sector. In fact it was the best private medical college in North India and it has maintained its reputation somewhat. Campus is like living in a resort surrounded with natural beauty.

Both colleges are very good at their own merits, but according to me, you should go for Loyola College because this college is older than St Xavier and with better education and placement facilities.
