Yes, you are 100% eligible to apply for MBA programme in any of the university in India. But, you need to meet the cut off as per their admission eligibility.
You should read the admission prospectus for the same.

The CMAT percentile above 90 is very good enough for GLIM Chennai. Hence yours chances are very high for admission in GLIM Chennai for PGDM courses.

The admissions in M.Arch courses at MEASI Academy of Architecture, Chennai are based on merit in qualifying exams (B.Arch/BE). Hence, TANCET is not required here. The admission schedule of asked course is not available on MEASI website, hence can be asked to college directly.

You can pursue. If your interest in M.Sc clinical food nutrition which is really good, then the best thing would be to appear GATE or NET, clear the exam and go for research. Else, IISC conducts a written test for admission to integrated Ph.D (Masters+Ph.D), you can get into other institutions also. There is very good scope of pursuing clinical food nutrition after BTech.
Good luck.

If you have prepared well for JEE Advance then wait for it, if not then you will get good government colleges, in special case NIT as well as far as branch doesn't matter to you. My suggestion would be look for the branch you want to pursue, it's very important and then look for the best government.
