MCC is a good college the cut-offs are generally very high. The first cut off is usually 98% or 99%. Gradually, the cut-offs fall, but it does not go below 93%or 94%, because the students applying are many. So, you have to score above 93% at 10+2 level.

As per the syllabus of Integrated B.Tech + M.Tech in Biological Engineering at IIT Madras, The calculus, Physics, Computational Engineering/Thermodynamics, Engineering Mechanics, Mathematics and Basic Electrical Engineering are studied from Ist to 4th semester.
