No, you are not eligible for VIT Chennai with a MAT score of 521 as this score compiles to around 44-45 percentile. And the MAT cutoff for VIT Chennai is 80+ percentile.

Yes, you can join Loyola College for the BBA course as the basic eligibility criteria for Loyola college is you should have passed 12th with a recognised board. It can either be a Science stream or commerce stream or any other stream. I will give you an answer which you might not like, but yes you have use your 10th basics and do a Diploma which sadly is a bit underrated but it can still make things work.

Hi, None of the IITs, including IIT Chennai, offer management quota seats. In order to be admitted there, you must first pass JEE Mains and then JEE Advanced. Of course, IIT today offers a variety of topics for which there are no entrance exams, but admission is still granted depending on your achievement in the 12th grade exam. Occasionally, depending on the IIT, admission exams are held for seats solely available on their campus. But all of this may be learned once you choose the stream you wish to pursue following your 12th grade year.

No it's not hard
The members of the faculty are highly qualified, internationally recognized and are specialized in subjects like phonetics, communication, English for Special Purposes, Technical English and Communicative English.
