I can't say on the basis of ranking but yes, if your marks are more than 160 in JEE Mains, then you have a chance for this college.

I am afraid your good performance in MHECET will not be of use for seeking admission in this college of Nursing. Dr DY Patil deemed to be university conducts it's own entrance exam on national level and ranking in this exam will decide your probability of success in getting admission. The admissions are strictly based on merit, written test (whereas applicable), and personal interview and on first come first serve basis. Interested candidate should fill up the form in block letters, indicating the required course along with the relevant documents as indicated above. Incomplete applications will be rejected.

Yes, you can get admission in COEP with 85% in Diploma.
The minimum eligibility criteria for admission to B.Tech.(lateral entry) at COEP - College of Engineering is that a candidate must have completed Diploma in Engineering and Technology in relevant stream with a minimum of 45% marks from an All India Council for Technical Education or Central or state government approved institution or its equivalent.
