Hi,
You may apply for Bachelor degree programs in a relevant field. Kindly, decide what to study based on your interest and career planning. Good grades and IELTS/TOEFL scores would be required. The eligibility will vary from country to country, so you must also decide where to study. Check this:

After this holistic approach, if you get in Ivy Leagues, they will offer you blind scholarships, which is similar to free. But, you must look at the admission rate of each Ivy League you want to apply.
I hope it helps.

You have to check the university's website, if they require SAT subject test. You can collect your class 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grades and SOPs and LORs. The university will also look at your achievements and extra-curricular and finally you can apply to universities of your choice.

You must take GRE to be considered for admissions. A valid TOEFL score, statement of purpose, letters of recommendation, etc. will also be required. Columbia is one of the top ten universities in US, so the admission process is going to be extremely competitive. Admissions will be basis your overall profile. The financial aid will also depend on your profile.
