The B.tech lateral admission at GGSIPU are based on lateral entrance test (LEBTECH) CET code no. 128. Hence you have to appear in LEBTECH entrance test first. The eligibility criteria is as under.
Eligibility criteria : Three-years diploma (completed) in any of the following branches of Engg./Technology with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate from any recognized Diploma awarding institute/university/board recognized by AICTE:- Computer Engg; Automobile Engg; Chemical Engg, Civil Engg, Construction Engg, Electrical Engg, Electronics & Communication Engg etc.
Further GGSIPU is offering only B.Tech regular programs. Hence B.Tech Non regula

No you cannot join DNS course at GEIMS without obtaining ranks in IMUCET. IMUCET is mandatory here for DNS course. Further on the basis of IMUCET ranks, GEIMS conducts own online test for shortlisting purpose among the students seeking admission in GEIMS.

There are many options like you can go for the degree course in the field of IT technology or else you can apply for lateral entry into B.Tech course for IT branch. About studying abroad, yes there are options, but for that you have to complete your graduation first and give exams like GRE, IELTS, TOEFL, etc. To be eligible to study there. All the best.

The minimum required SSC marks for Diploma admission are 35%. Hence you are eligible for admission in diploma programs. You can apply by using following link as http://poly19.dtemaharashtra.org. You needs to participate in CAP rounds counselling process for admission. The cutoff list will be declared in the first week of July-2019.

You have not mentioned about the rank you obtained in MHTCET. However, the last year closing ranks in Computer engineering for general girl was 1723 for NS, 305 for NH and 9232 for TH types of Universities. Hence you can access yourself.

Yes, you can get admission in direct 2nd year UG Engineering courses in asked colleges. The admission process of VJTI is governed by DTE Maharashtra hence apply through DTE Maharashtra website. While for MIT you may directly contact to college.

Yes you can take admission in 2nd year in Diploma course at Government Polytechnic, Pune. The admission process is governed by DTE Maharashtra. Hence, you have to apply through the DTE Maharashtra website and participate in CAP rounds for admission.

If you want to immigrate to Canada it's better to have sufficient experience, through one year Diploma you do not learn anything major that could help you secure a job there. I would suggest you go there on a study visa.
