You are not eligible on the basis of 3- year Diploma course for B.Sc-Vis Com in Loyola College (LC, Chennai)
Eligibility: - Any Group in Plus Two / XII (OR) Equivalent Examination (Girls are also admitted).
The applicants who have passed the following examination should submit an eligibility certificate from the University of Madras.
a) Higher Secondary or equivalent examination conducted by all other State Boards except Tamil Nadu.
b) All degree (UG/PG) examinations conducted by any university other than University of Madras / foreign countries.
The online registration process should be completed within 10 working days from the date of publication of the result of Tamil Nadu Higher Secondary Course.

Hello Pavan, There are plenty of universities or Deemed to be universities which will give you admission for engineering courses based on your Diploma in mechanical engineering. But listing them out would take pages. The best course for you would be to seek admission on a lateral mode in any one of the colleges in your state through the admission procedure conducted by Directorate of technical education of your state. For Deemed to be universities you will hurt appear for the entrance exam and pass to get admission hence I would recommend that you take the course of your state which is a better road to follow. However if you want to go for IIT or NIT, then your Diploma will be treated as equivalent to class 12th, and you need to score 75% marks for seeking admission in any of these institutes.
