Yes, you can. It is now a one year full time Diploma. The timings are convenient, even if you are pursuing your Bachelor's degree, as per the dual degree scheme of University of Mumbai.

Hi Amisha,
Yes, you can certainly join the course. The admission is based on marks obtained in 10+2, minimum 5 feet 2 inches for girls and 5 feet and 7 inches for boys, proportionate weight and fluent in English.

No, you are not. Diploma holders can't get admission in post graduation courses. You need to be a graduate and the eligibility criteria is stated below:
Passed with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in any full-time Bachelor's degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian universities.
Or
Appeared for the final year examination of any full-time Bachelor's degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline recognized by Association of Indian University.
