B.Arch Eligibility Criteria:
JEE Mains is divided into two papers:
Paper 1: for all undergraduate engineering programs and
Paper 2: for Architecture and Planning programs
As a B.Arch aspirant, you have two modes to get admission in IITs and other institutions:
If you wish to pursue B.Arch. in IIT Kharagpur or IIT Roorkee, you need to clear Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT). Students who have secured a rank in JEE Advanced are eligible for AAT. The entrance test will be held only at the seven zonal IITs. Hello Sandeep,
Unfortunately, Diploma is not considered as equivalent to a degree, and hence doors of institutions abroad for MS are closed for you. But based on your marks of 12th, you can bid for graduation course abroad.

Hi Ashish,
If you meet the entry requirements, then yes you can apply. But, it is suggested you apply for advanced diploma or even Bachelor's degree since you already completed your 12th. Your application will be rejected if you are applying for more or less for the same level of program.

Post-graduation Diploma courses are typically a shorter duration than a full time degree and they also cost less than a Master's degree, in addition one can assume that a PG is for the introduction into a new field of discipline, whilst Masters is considered an advanced stage to the initial studies carried from previous knowledge. It is like PG diploma can be used as a building block towards the Master's degree.

According to my personal experience, you should visit at Koenig Solutions training center. I think it will be great place to do this course because I have done CEH certification course from the same training center that's why I am suggesting.
