For any Master's course, it is must that you should be having at least 3 year graduate degree and unfortunately, Diploma is not considered in that list. So, according to me, PGDBA will not be a good option for consisting your eligibility.

To apply for Diploma in music, you need to have completed 15 years of age by 1st July of the year of admission. For applying, you can visit the college and fill the application form.

There aren't as any such correspondence courses to be offered in BFA as more and more Universities are offering it through the regular mode only but still you may refer to the following link to know about the institutes in India which offers BFA courses:
