I'll suggest you for doing a PGPBM Course at any of the Indian Institute of Management B-school, MBA will give you exponential growth in the future. If you are inclined towards technical side then I'll suggest you, go for MS abroad because M.Tech even from IITs will not give you a 20+ Lacs package.

You can pursue B.Ed from IGNOU. To apply for the same, you need to have a Bachelor's degree or a higher degree from any recognised university. Two years' full-time teaching experience on a temporary/permanent basis as Primary/Graduate/Post Graduate teacher in a primary, secondary/higher/senior secondary school recognised by the central or a state government or a union territory. The teacher should be in service at the time of submitting the application form as well as at the time of producing the original documents at the regional centre. The experience certificate should be issued by the Principal or Headmaster/Headmistress.

Hi, an important requirement of MBA abroad is work experience. MBA programs accept candidates from diverse backgrounds, however work experience is required. If you have a very strong profile, you may be accepted without work experience too. Coming to your distance learning degree, it will depend on the admission policies of the universities.
