Hi, an important requirement of MBA abroad is work experience. MBA programs accept candidates from diverse backgrounds, however work experience is required. If you have a very strong profile, you may be accepted without work experience too. Coming to your distance learning degree, it will depend on the admission policies of the universities. Yes. Ensure the distance university you are willing to pursue is recognised by UGC and other boards to run the institution. If an non-UGC accredited gives you seat and certification after the course it might not be valid to pursue higher studies and the value of the certification will not gain you any job opportunities. Do some research about the college you want to do your distance course in.

The duration will be 2-years only for PGDM programme. If I talk about the fee structure, the fact is that it varies from one college to another.
Best colleges for operations is NITIE and SIOM so I would suggest going for these colleges if you are really inclined towards operations.
