You can directly apply to the college for admission in distance course in BA in mass communication and journalism. There is no admission or eligibility criteria as such except the fact that you should have completed your 10+2 from a recognized board of education with at least 45% marks.

For any Master’s course, it is must that you should be having at least 3 year graduate degree and unfortunately, Diploma is not considered in that list. So, according to me, PGDBA will not be a good option for consisting your eligibility.
