IELTS is most preferred in any European country. However, you can also give TOEFL. Based on your course, you have to appear for GRE GMAT also. If applying to Germany, you will have to give German proficiency test. However, other European country doesn't have such specific requirement.

Yes, there are exams for Electronics Engineering that is NPTEL. It is started by Government of India, in which you can learn and also give exam for the course. The complete course is divided into 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks course and you have to pay Rs.1100 for exam. So, all the best.

If you are too interested in aeronautics then you can opt for aircraft maintenance engineering. As it's a very difficult subject, we must work hard. Even I'm pursuing my aeronautical engineering from NMIT College, Bangalore.

Hi Deep,
Process is simple. All you need is just your 10th score. What you have to do is have a look at whether there is any cap round going on in your state. If there is any cap process going on you should apply for the cap round to get good college. You can also apply directly using management quota in any Polytechnic college. While in management quota you have to pay heavy donations. Have a look for CAP round it will be beneficial for you. Regards.
