Candidates will be required to submit some important documents during the BITSAT counselling 2023. If the candidates fail to submit the documents then their candidature may get cancelled by the authorities. The documents to be submitted for the BITSAT 2023 counselling are - 10th standard school Certificate and marksheet, 12th standard school Certificate and marksheet, BITSAT 2023 score card, BITSAT 2023 counselling letter, passport size coloured photograph, photo identity proof and residence proof.

During the BITSAT 2023 counselling, the candidates will have to pay a fee of INR 1000 to be successfully registered for the admission process. The fee payment can be done online I. e. , through net banking/credit card/debit card or offline through cash at all ICICI bank branches along with a specially generated Pay-in-Slip. No other mode of payment will be accepted. If the candidates fail to submit the counselling fee before the final date, then they will not be allowed to participate in the process.

BITSAT 2023 counselling is being held online for all qualified candidates. To be registered for the BITSAT counselling 2023 process, the candidates will have to click on the official link and fill out the required details such as name, contact details and more. Next, the candidates will have to submit their 12th standard qualification marks and select their choice of courses and campuses in the order of preference. Allotment of seats will be announced online. After the seats are allotted, the candidates will have to confirm their admissions.

Candidates have to provide Provisional seat allotment letter, Original JEE Main 2024 admit card, one passport size photograph same as the one uploaded during the application form filling up, JEE Main 2024 scorecard issued by NTA Proof of Photo ID by government, Class XII board mark sheet and Category and Medical Certificate (if any). All the documents listed should be taken for verification during the counselling process.

No. There were high chances that the authorities would not allow the candidates to take out printouts of WBJEE 2023 admit card from their office. Therefore all candidates were advised to carry their own original print outs of the WBJEE admit card to the centre. It is to be noted that the authorities did not accept soft copies of the admit card and identity proof at the centres and the candidates were required to produce original documents. Otherwise the candidates were not allowed to attempt the entrance examination.

No. The WBJEE 2023 exam centres did not provide any facility for the accommodation of the candidate parents, guardians or accompanying people. The parents and guardians were requested to wait outside the WBJEE exam centre or to come back later after the exam was conducted. The authorities also requested the accompanying parents and guardians to not crowd the examination centre and to leave the area as soon as they drop off the students. This was requested to maintain order and safety at the examination centres.

In such cases where a candidate did not have anyone to accompany them who could take care of their belongings, they were able to request the WBJEE 2023 centre authorities to deposit the personal belongings for the test duration. However, the authorities were not responsible for any loss of belongings. Therefore, the candidates were advised to not bring their expensive and personal belongings, which are not required to the centre or to leave them with their guardians outside the examination centre.

Candidates who do not belong to West Bengal will have to choose their three preferred WBJEE exam zones from the available options - Howrah (Salkia/ Bally/ Uttarpara), Kolkata Salt Lake/ New Town (Salt Lake/ Lake Town/ New Town/ Rajar Hat, South Kolkata (Ballygaunge/ Into Park/ Bhowanipore/ Tollygaunge/ Jadavpur), West Kolkata (Joka/ Behala/ Alipore/ Chetla/ Khidirpore/ Budge), Paschim Burdwan (Asansol) and Paschim Burdwan (Durgapur). More details about the WBJEE exam centres will be released online by the authorities.

On allotment of a seat and payment of the seat acceptance fee, candidates have to upload the required documents on the official website. Candidates are required to exercise one of the following willingness when they report to the RC: Floating: If they wish to be considered in the next round for all of their higher preferred choices. Sliding: If they wish to be considered in the next round for their higher preferred choices only within the institute allotted to them. Candidates were able to check the details regarding their allotted WBJEE 2023 exam centre through the admit card. While downloading the WBJEE admit card, the candidates were able to check the name of the allotted exam centre, address and other necessary information. Candidates were advised to carefully check the WBJEE exam centre address and possible visit the venue a day before the examination to know the directions and area. This would minimize their chances of getting lost on the examination date.
