With an EWS rank of 22,000 in JEE Mains, you have an excellent chance to get Mechanical Engineering at each DTU and NSUT, specially if you are from Delhi.

Last year, college students with even better EWS ranks got admission in later rounds. So, participate in all rounds of JAC Delhi counselling for higher chances.

With the 86.944 8965 percentile in JEE main 2025 you can get CS branch in  lower competitive NITS

Otherwise you can try your home state quota  in NIT Tamilnadu .

And the less compatitive NITs are mentioned below:

  • NIT Mizoram
  • NIT Nagaland
  • NIT Puducherry
  •  NIT Sikkim
  •  NIT Arunachal Pradesh

Thank you

Yes, it is possible to get a BArch seat at TSAP - Thakur School of Architecture and Planning without having a valid score in JEE Main Paper 2. As per the admission guidelines, other than JEE Main Paper 2, the institute also accepts NATA scores. Students with valid scores must participate in the MHT CET CAP counselling.

No, it is unlikely that you can get NITs for electrical engineering with SC rank of 14188 in JEE main 2025

You cannot get top branches in top NITs but you can look for less competitive NITs like:

  • NIT Nagaland
  • NIT Mizoram
  • NIT Sikkim
  • NIT Arunachal Pradesh
  • NIT Puducherry

Yes, Sri Aurobindo Institute of Technology in Indore does allow B.E. / B.Tech admissions without JEE Main. While a valid JEE Main score is considered during the counselling process, the institute also admits students based on Class 12 performance or through state-level counselling via DTE Madhya Pradesh. Direct admission under the management quota is also available. The admissions team is approachable and provides step-by-step guidance, ensuring deserving students from various backgrounds can access quality technical education without undue hurdles.

To secure a seat for admission into COEP Pune through JEE Mains you'll need to score 97-98 percentile even if you are from SC category and home state Maharashtra. Whereas, for general category candidates it's more competitive. The cutoffs are very high. Thr general category students must score 98-99 percentile in JEE Mains for admission. For more information you can visit the official website of college.
