Yes, scholarship is available to GATE qualified candidates. In order to promote post graduate programs in India, GATE students are offered a Scholarship/ Assistance ship, where the students are paid Rs 11,800 per month by the MHRD so as to provide financial assistance to the candidates during their degree. So You have to fill the required registration form and submit your GATE scorecard in your respective colleges. Stipend comes directly from the Ministry of Human Resource Development. Everyone who appears for GATE and get into M.Tech through it's score in any college in India is eligible for stipend as per AICTE norms.

There are certain details which can be edited through JEE Main Correction form:
Paper
Category
DOB
State of eligibility
Name
Language of Exam
Academic details
Personal Details
Additional fee must be paid in 2 cases of JEE Main correction:
I) If candidate selects to appear for both paper1 and paper2. Ii) If category is changed from SC/ST/Girls/PWD to Gen/OBC NCL
There is no possibility to do change the session of the exam, it is better to prepare well and appear for it as a genuine attempt. Although you have the option to go for April Session as well, but yes you cannot change it for April session.
