Is this marks or rank? If it is rank, then this is funny question. And, if this is marks then, what is you category? If you are in SC or ST, then there is Pune engineering college and ICT.

You should apply for the JEE Mains counselling. In that, it might be possible that you can get any college, but the chances of getting any college is quite low.

There are no branch-wise cutoffs in admissions of SIT during the counselling. You need to be physically present during the counselling as it is possible that the people who had a higher score in JEE Mains have usually secured a seat in some government college such as IITs or NITs and do not come for the counselling process of SIT. Hence, even if you have scored average in JEE Mains, there is a possibility of securing seats in the branch you desire.
