No, JEE Main 2024 results are valid only for admission in the 2024 academic session. If you plan to take admission in 2025, you will need to appear for JEE Main 2025 and qualify based on that year's results. Most engineering colleges, including NITs, IIITs, GFTIs, and private institutions, do not accept previous year's JEE scores for admission. However, some private colleges may have separate admission criteria, so you should check with specific institutions if they offer exceptions.

Yes you have a high chance of getting a seat in JEE Mains as the PWD students have lower cut off marks so 40-80 should be sufficient enough.
And PWD students get 5% seat reservations so the chances are high.
With this mark you may not get admission in top NIT but sure will get in lower level NIT.

GATE exam is conducted only once a year to offer admissions to master's and PhD programs at top institutions, such as IITs and NITs. Qualifying GATE exam also paves the way for technical jobs in PSUs. This year, IIT Roorkee is conducting the GATE 2025 exam on Feb 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025 in two sessions - morning and afternoon.

For correction first look for the correction window to open in the official JEE site
If the correction window is open login to the account.
Select the edit option and correctly enter your income details.and submit for review.
If the correction window is closed then you can try to contact the JEE through phone or email.
