979 in IPE, 103 JEE Marks: Strong chances for ECE and EEE. CSE might be tougher but still possible depending on rank.

75 Percentile in JEE, 93% in Boards: CSE or ECE admission is less likely under Stream 1 but possible under Stream 2 based on board performance.

77 Marks in JEE Mains, 90.8% in Boards: Admission to ECE or CSE is difficult under Stream 1 but may be possible under Stream 2 if your board marks are competitive.

The admission to M.Tech at IIT Madras is entirely based on GATE scores. Hence, aspirants must meet eligibility requirements and have valid score of GATE. However, MS candidates can apply without the entrance score. Aspirants who have completed a BTech degree from one of the IITs with a CGPA of 8.0 and above can apply without a GATE score for MS.

IMU CET or CUSAT both universities are great at their places selection of university depends on the your goal and future plans.

• Click on the GOAPS portal 
• Log in using the credentials - GATE enrollment ID and password 
• The scorecard for GATE will be displayed on the screen.
• Check the details and save it for future purposes.

The GATE scorecard is valid for three years. Candidates can use their test scores to apply for admission to various IITs, NITs, and other prestigious colleges. Candidates with good GATE scores will be offered scholarships during their postgraduate studies. A valid GATE scorecard can also be used to apply for PSU jobs. Candidates can download the GATE scorecard from the official website using their login credentials, such as registration number and password.

The GATE scorecard is valid for three years. A valid GATE score can be used for seeking admission to -

• Master's programs/doctoral programs in engineering/science/technology/science/commerce/arts/humanities

• Doctoral programs in relevant disciplines in the institutions supported by the MoE and other government agencies

• Candidates can also use the GATE scorecard for PSU recruitment.
