With a rank of 295792 in JEE Mains under the SC category, it is difficult to secure admission in that college in the Industrial and Production Engineering branch at NIT Jalandhar.
Even with home state quota, the cutoff ranks are usually much lower. This time it is about 50,000 to 100,000 for SC category. Your rank is too high for this competitive branch.

Clearing the concepts means gaining a deep understanding of a topic rather than just memorising it. Candidates who truly gain a deep understanding of the topics get the confidence to solve any question asked of them in exams like JEE Main and Advanced.

To clear all the concepts of JEE Advanced in every chapter, here are tips:

Build the foundation: Start from the basics. Use the NCERT books to learn what a topic is offering. NCERT books have a lot of examples and simple language that make it easier to understand the concepts and basics.

Learn in a step-wise manner: First, learn the basics, then try to make your own notes. Then move o

Admission Chances with JEE Mains Rank 262341

This rank is grossly inadequate for admission in Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) for any branch. Admission to KIIT is very competitive, and the cut-off ranks for getting into the branches mostly sought after- Computer Science, Electronics-, and Mechanical engineering-would typically be found well below this rank as seen in past years, when closing ranks for these branches closed well within the top 100000.

Dates of JEE Counseling in Relation to KIIT

The counseling for KIIT generally commences almost immediately after the declaration of the results of JEE Mains. For the year 20

If you take a second partial drop, you may still be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced 2025, provided you meet :

1. You have an obligation to write JEE Main 2025 meeting the minimum percentile score to qualify for JEE Advanced.

2. A candidate can sit for only JEE Advanced once in two years only and second attempt, should be within two years of passing the Class 12 examination.

3. For the second drop, the Class 12 marks whether by improvement or through normal examinations, should have the qualifying percentage for JEE Advanced.

It is important here that you verify your JEE Advanced eligibility status as per the guidelines handed down by t

No, you cannot get admission to the computer science course at any autonomous engineering college in Pune with 34 percentile in JEE Mains. Such a score is generally really low when it comes to competition in courses like computer science.

Most autonomous engineering colleges have some prescribed cutoffs for the JEE Mains score for different branches, specifically for the popular branch computer science. Usually, such cutoffs exceed much beyond a 34 percentile.

If a candidate does not meet the JEE cutoffs, they can try other ways like management quota entry or lateral entry, but normally they come at extra expense and conditions.

At an OBC rank of 2497 in JEE Advanced, it is probable to find many of the best IITs in India where admission might be possible although that differs from year to year depending on the branch's demand.

Top IITs and branches to be most likely a part of:

IIT Kharagpur: You may expect branches like Civil Engineering or Metallurgical and Materials Engineering.
IIT Roorkee: Count on branches like Architecture Production and Industrial Engineering.
IIT Bhubaneswar may offer you any of these options Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

What remains true is that all this will be really based on that cutoff for each of the branches at t

There is an entry to the B.Pharm course at NSHM Institute of Health Sciences, Kolkata Campus, through WBJEE. As a PCB student, you are eligible to apply for the B.Pharm course, provided you meet following things like:
