Not alone will a JEE Main score above 75% in PCM subjects get the admission to IIIT Bangalore. The primary consideration of IIIT Bangalore for admission is the rank in the JEE Main, and the candidate must have to secure certain cutoff ranks according to his desired programs.
Also, the candidates should have qualification criteria, that is, they should have passed in their 10th and 12th grades with at least 60% marks on an average. So a good score would be good, but should be aligned with the cutoff ranks given by the institution for admitting students.

If you got 86.35 percent in the JEE Mains B.Arch exam, you need to check if your rank comes in that bracket. In addition to that, candidates must also clear their Class 12 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.

Yes, If you have a rank of 5631 in Stream 1, secure 86 percentile in JEE Mains, and score 865 marks in your intermediate exam, then you would be capable of getting admission in B.Sc.

The admissions are carried out on the basis of the entrance test marks and Class 12 marks. As the cutoff list changes every year, this profile may feel competitive, but actual confirmation requires contacting the university.
