You might just get a chance to get a government engineering college through state-level counseling if your JEE Mains rank is 870235 and you were born under ST category.
However, the chances of admission in an NIT or IIIT are completely ruled out because their ST rank cutoffs are far, far lower. Well, you still have a couple of backup options like state government engineering colleges for reserved category seats and those under the state quota.

Since you are an AIR 827976 in JEE Mains, Pvt Engineering Colleges or even Government Colleges in the states seem to be a good catching point because the cutoffs are not so high.
Heritage Institute of Technology, Indian Institute of Carpet Technology and new IIITs like IIIT Kalyani, IIIT Una are some good options for you. The JEE Main result for the SIMS - Sanghvi Institute of Management and Science will be declared by the National Testing Agency (NTA) once the two phases of the JEE Main exam will happen. The first phase will be held during the last week of January 2024, while the second phase will be conducted in April 2024. Both the sessions' results will likely be announced shortly after the end of each phase, and the final JEE Main result would follow sometime after the weeks of the exams.
