No, MLR Institute of Technology do not accept JEE Mains score for the BTech course. The selection criteria for the course is TS EAMCET, TS ECET. For more detailed on eligibility students can check the points mentioned below:

  • A total of 70% of the seats are allotted based on the merit in the Engineering and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAPCET) conducted by Govt. of Telengana /Andhra Pradesh. Similarly,  30% of the seats are earmarked for Management / NRI candidates.
  • In addition to the above, Diploma holders are admitted in second year of BTech to the extent of 20% of intake based on the merit in the Engineering Common Entrance Test

Admission criteria and cut-off marks for colleges can change from year to year. UIET Chandigarh cutoff 2024 has been released for admission to BTech and BArch courses, you can visit the Shiksha website and get the latest cutoff information and also compare the previous cutoffs. Also, before applying for admission, make sure you meet the eligibility criteria.

No, for joining I.K Gujral Punjab Technical University - Mohali, you have to give the JEE Mains examination for admission in B.Tech, while for other courses you can join directly but for B.Tech you have to pass your 10+2 exam and then give JEE Mains examination and then you can apply for the B.Tech.

The cutoff is little higher for computer Science and Information technology branch.

Every year GATE counducting authority releases provisional answer key before the final answer key. GATE-candidates are allowed to raise objections against answers through GOAPS portal. Candidates will be required to pay a fee of INR 500 per question.

Candidates can follow the below steps to challenge answer key.

  1. Visit official GOAPS candidate login page through GATE website.
  2. Log in using Enrollment ID and password.
  3. Select the paper
  4. Click on the "Raise Objection"
  5. Enter the question and answer ID
  6. Pay the requisite fees.
