Yes, candidates are allowed to get admission into BTech courses at BML Munjal University without appearing in JEE (Main). Yes, Scholarships are offered to SRMJEEE 2025 rank holders up to rank 30000. As per the SRM scholarship policy, scholarships are also available based on JEE Main ranks, board exam performances, etc.
