Hello Anish!
Yes, you can appear for JEE exam with a Diploma in Computer Science. The eligibility criteria of JEE Main state that one can apply if they have passed a Diploma that is recognised by AICTE or a State board of technical education of at least 3 years duration.
But this will only provide you admission to 1st year of B.Tech. To get admission to the second year of B.Tech you can also try LEET.

As per the data collected from external sources, for M.Tech CSE in IIIT Delhi, candidates with a GATE score of above 60 and for ECE, a score above 65 shall be good enough to get selected.
