A Das Gupta and Cengage are some of the best books for JEE with lots of multiple choice questions. A Das Gupta has many unsolved and solved questions whereas Cengage is known for the quality of questions included in the material. I recommend you to go with A Das Gupta first as the terminology is difficult in Cengage. But, not only to solve das gupta is enough for your JEE preparation. It consist of limited and less explored questions.Cengage is a very good book for mathematics and questions are of different variety from easy to hard.

You may get a seat as your rank between 36000-48000, but it is very hard to get a seat in top branches. The Last Round closing rank for B.Tech ranged between 4908 and 38537. The candidates are advised to contact the administration department of the college to get accurate details about the admission process.
