Food's good, don't bring too much expectations, the first month will be a challenge but you'll get used to it. When you get hungry after dinner or just during the day, there's a canteen at our place. We've got four meals a day, including fruit, every day.

At IIIT Dharwad, CGPA is calculated using a credit-based system. For each course, a credit shall be given on the basis of its grade. Grade points from 10 to 0 shall be used for the assessment of student performance. The SGPA is determined by multiplying the grade points per credit and taking an average. CGPA is the average SGPA over a full semester, taken into account partial and repeated courses subject to institute policies.

The uniforms going to put you in a niche of young professionals, too. engender a sense of individuality and oneness to your identity as Chitkara students. The students have to wear the university T-shirts/Hoodies (as per session) with a pair of either black or blue jeans.
