Hello dear,

Listen dear with a percentile of 63 in JEE Main and belonging to the SC category, it may be challenging to secure admission in top-ranked government engineering colleges still I would suggest you NIT Raipur, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur. You can comment your preferences and I will check whether you are eligible for that.

I hope this answer your query then do upvote to let me know!

Truly speaking if you come from general category then it is nearly impossible to score seat in any of the government college.

Not even in 2nd tier or GFTI'S

You can better do a drop or opt for any better private institutions.

Some best private universities are listed below :

• AKTU

• AMITY UNIVERSITY

• BENNET UNIVERSITY

• SHIV NADAR UNIVERSITY

*in these colleges you can get ews seat at these marks which mean you don't have to pay any fees.

The closing rank can vary for female candidates in general category under All India quota. Moreover, the BTech cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.

You can apply for admissions through the link provided on the official website of the Pillai college. You need to have appeared in MHT CET in all subjects and should have non zero score in the same or you should obtain valid score (as per college merit list) in JEE Main.

Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For general category under All India, the closing rank was 172704 in 2024. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. Admission to B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering in GJUST-Guru Jambheshwar University of Science And Technology is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.
