It is possible to get into B.Tech in another college after completing a Diploma from Bhagubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic as it is an autonomous college. You can get into this course and college after your 10th boards or 12th boards, with 12th boards and ITI course you can get into direct second year. However, admission requirements may vary depending on the college you are applying to. It is best to check with the college you are interested in for their specific admission requirements. I hope this helps!

According to your JEE Main rank there is some chances that you can get a lower branch in IIIT or NIT. If you are okay for studying that branch subject and have interest in them then go for it. From whichever state you are keep that state government college in your top priority as you have more chances in those colleges. Also you can drop a year also and focus on JEE Main and JEE advance only. While doing your 12 th class it's difficult to manage JEE and boards exam preparation, your time and focus gets divided so it's advisable to drop a year and focus only on JEE Main and JEE advance. All the best.
