The cutoff ranks for NITs change every year based on various factors like the difficulty level of the exam, the number of applicants, etc. Hence, it is difficult to predict with certainty whether you can get a seat in an NIT with your OBC NCL rank of 21790 and your home state of Uttar Pradesh. The candidate should have obtained a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics Chemistry and Mathematics subjects (if he/she has taken Mathematics in BITSAT or a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics Chemistry and Biology subjects (if he/she
