IIT Delhi BTech admission 2025 is based on JEE Advanced scores. Though the institute records high cutoffs every year, with adequate preparation, anyone can seek admission to its BTech programme. Candidates need to be thorough with their Class 11 and Class 12 syllabus to crack the exam. The students must have a valid score in JoSAA. Also, for similar top-notch or tier 1 BTech colleges such as IITs, NITs and IIITs, the pattern of the entrance for BTech is the same.

No. IIT Delhi BTech admission is based on JEE Advanced scores only. In case the candidate wishes to take admission to MSc at IIT Delhi, you must appear and clear IIT JAM entrance exam. Similarly, GATE is a 'must' entrance exam to apply for the MTech programme at IIT Delhi. Last but not the least, IIT Delhi PhD admissions are based on the CSIR-JRF or equivalent entrance exam. Hence, it's very clear that IIT Delhi admission to all of the courses is based on candidates' performance in several national-level entrance tests.

It is mandatory to clear the JET exam to qualify. The admission through JET programs is based on merit and rank obtained by students in entrance exam. After clearing written exam there will be face group discussion and Personal Interview round.
