1.COE outside Delhi and general rank should be under 500 and corresponding marks should be above 260.
2. COE outside Delhi but OBC, rank 8000 and marks 220.
3.COE Delhi region and general, rank under 3000 and marks should be 240.
4.COE Delhi region and OBC, rank should be under 30000 and marks should be around 160.
