Yes you are. To be eligible for a 3-year LL.B. Course in India, the basic eligibility criteria is to have completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university or board. Since you have completed a 10+3 year Diploma course, you may not be eligible for a 3-year LL.B. Course directly after completion of the Diploma programme. B.Tech in Biotechnology is typically not eligible for direct admission to an MD programme in medicine.
