The cut-off marks for JEE Advanced varies from year to year and also depends on the category you belong to. As per the latest information available, the qualifying cut-off for JEE Mains 2022 for general category students was 89.7548849 percentile, which corresponds to a score of 105 marks out of 300. As you have mentioned that you have scored 72 marks in JEE Mains 2nd attempt in 2022, it is unlikely that you will be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced 2022 as you did not meet the qualifying cut-off for the general category. In the 2nd session, you will definitely be able to score good marks, and not only 85 percentile but you can score even more. For securing 85+ percentile, you need a target score of around 75-80 marks out of 300, which is not difficult at all. This percentile is not good enough, so I suggest you boost your performance in 2nd season in April. Delhi has too much state quota so if you take this percentile above 90, it's easy to get a good college in Delhi for B.Tech.
