No, you cannot get CSE in IIT Bombay as its closing rank is 60 around but can get good NITs and IIIT. Also, you can try other branches in IITs.

If you want to take Bihar Student Credit Card then firstly you Should have to go to DRCC Office of your District and then in DRCC office and check the name of your college in list. If you found your college name then you can apply for loan after the 1-2 months of paper work your loan will be sanction as per the grade of your city where are your college. Your Domicile State should be Bihar.

If you will wait till the Mop-up Round it might be possible you get IT branch in MIT Muzaffarpur. Try to Score More percentile in April Attempt if you put your all efforts in this time then definitely you will get admission in MIT.

Yes, you definitely can join Indian air force. For that, you can either attempt CDS exam or AFCAT exam. After clearing the exam, you need to go through 5 days SSB interview procedure. And only if you clear the SSB interview, then you will be going through a medical test. After clearing all these you can finally step into the air force academy.

No, it's not a correct option you only have to answer in integer not in a decimal value, the computer automatically detected and got it wrong. It's not a correct way to give the answers to integer type questions.
