No, you can not get admission into any college with your JEE Main rank, even under the Schedule Caste category without a home state quota. Yes, I can confidently say that Galgotias is far better than any other college of Uttar Pradesh or Delhi NCR if you won't able to pursue any NITs or IITs. The exposure and skills which you can develop from here will be highly beneficial for you as various Hackhethon and Seminars has been conducted which motivates the student to learn the skills.

I must say you would choose JSS because college life in JSS is very good and its infrastructure is also good, and being a good score of 88 percentile you will get admission till the last round, if not in JSSyou would choose Galgotias because being a student of I would say you will get lot of exposure to learn about different technology and skills which would really enhance your talent and skills.
