You need to take admission in lateral entry B.Tech, then you can directly jump into the second year of B.Tech. Then you need to talk to your HOD for non-attending student, this policy is only applicable for Diploma students.

You have to just register yourself with the ICSI. There are two stages after that, via executive and professional. If you are a graduate, there is no entrance exam, and you can directly start with writing executive exam followed by professional. However, if you are not a graduate yet, then you have to write foundation programme. This is similar to an entrance examination.

You get a placement for sure if have got the basic knowledge in programming languages and have got some good communication skills and should have no backlogs with a minimum of 7.5 to 8 CGPA. Congratulations for your rank. But sorry to say that getting seat in top 5 EAMCET college for CSE is a bit difficult, but you will be getting remaining groups. You can get CSE from the top 10 colleges.
